108Strong Fitness.

Fitness styles are always evolving. Trends come and go and at 56 years of age, I have seen and tried them all. Weightlifting and martial arts were a part of my daily life for the past forty years.  After all these years of fighting/competing and abusing my body, I came to the realization that the most important thing in our life is our health. Pain and inflammation can be degrading to our happiness and our quality of life.

Keeping that in mind, the 108StrongFitness’ mission is to make our cardiovascular, muscular, skeletal and hormonal systems strong and healthy.  We have achieved tremendous results by concentrating on the oxygenation of every cell of the body, focusing on internal core muscles, balance and strength exercises, as well as acupressure.

As a lifelong athlete, I was hooked on anti-inflammatory drugs. My knees, shoulders, wrists and muscular pain were a regular burden. I had to pop those pills daily to be functional and it usually took up to ten days to heal the inflammation.

After developing the 108StrongFitness system it is not the case anymore. Once in a while, I do get inflammation if I hit something by accident or hyperextend my knee, but the longest it takes to heal (without medication!) is up to three days and by the third day I am practically pain and inflammation free.

I can not claim that this result is based only on the 108StrongFitness since we are doing it alongside 108StrongNutrition (an anti-inflammatory diet).

The 108StrongFitness session takes about one hour to complete, it includes:

  • Breathing exercises
  • Internal core muscles exercises (along with breathing)
  • Core exercises
  • Balance/Flexibility
  • Acupressure
  • Strength exercises
