Interesting segment about research surrounding nuts. I love nuts and seeds, I do try to rotate them and not to eat too much of one particular variety. Nuts are a great snack, quick, convenient and satisfying. I switch daily between almonds, walnuts, brazil nuts, pecans, pumpkin or sunflower seeds.
See the video and decide for yourself is nuts are really a superfood. To me it does not matter. Particularly in a Plant-Based Diet, be it a vegan or vegetarian, variety of produce consumed and rotation of foods, are in my opinion very important and nuts are an essential addition to any diet.
