Eckhart Tolle

Birch Trees looking up

“Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at this moment.” (Oneness With All Life)  – Eckhart Tolle

I wholeheartedly agree with this! It may be hard to understand and to see this when you are in the middle of something happening, but God never gives us more than we can handle!

If we learn from these “undesirable” experiences we move on, however if we do not accept, learn and keep resisting life and resisting our reality, then we will be faced with more challenges (and they are only challenges if that is how we perceive them).

Resistance creates resistance. When I accept what is happening – I can move-on, I end the “war” and start living through the experience and not against it.

This is not easy and I talked a lot about this in my old blog. One of my most favorite quotes ever:

“We’re in a free fall into future. We don’t know where we’re going. Things are changing so fast. And always when you’re going through a long tunnel, anxiety comes along. But all you have to do to transform your hell into a paradise is to turn your fall into a voluntary act. It’s a very interesting shift of perspective . . . Joyfully participate in the sorrows of the world and everything changes.” – Joseph Campbell

and another one 🙂

“If you are falling….dive.” – Joseph Campbell

To your health,

  1. Reblogged this on Healing my mind. Change from within. and commented:
I will be posting more about spiritual journey on my health and wellness coaching website blog. I do not believe a person can be truly healthy and fulfilled without spirituality being a major part of ones life, so I will not only write about holistic/alternative health and nutrition, but also about spirituality. Please follow to get updates 🙂

  2. Thanks for liking my latest post which led me to review your blog. Very asthetically pleasing! I like the look, and i LOVE Mr. Tolle, finally finished reading his first book recently, although I started with the second novel A New Earth haha. Hope you have a lovely weekend!

    • Hello Bob, yes that quote has to be one of my very favorites! – …. to transform your hell into a paradise, turn your fall into a voluntary act…. – brilliant
