The juices burgers we have ever made!

The very first time we made these we were shocked at how easy and good it was. This was the second time, no smoke, no charring of the meat (very carcinogenic), no dryness so we had to share. We use grass-fed beef, spices, fresh herbs, chopped onions in a cast iron skillet with grass-fed butter or ghee.
