Our system is based on 1 on 1 and small group coaching, so each that session is customized to each client’s individual needs, abilities, and goals.

Most common results of following our system are: weight loss, improved strength and muscle tone, improved coordination, balance, agility, stronger immune system, stress relief, and improvement in your overall health.

Each session may include a combination of the following services:

  • Weight Training
  • Strenght and Endurance Training
  • Boxing/Kickboxing/Martial Arts
  • Self Defence
  • Stretching
  • Balance Work
  • Breathing Exercises
  • Cold Training and other Immunity Boosting Exercises (reduction in inflammation, stress reduction, boosting the immune system)
  • Nutrition Advise (a huge part of our program and is always discussed in every session)
