Inner Balance Mandala

I  try to avoid being prescriptive. I have no desire to, nor am I in a position to advise. The whole purpose of this blog for me was to recap my own reading, to reflect on my own thoughts, experiences. I find it extremely helpful while reviewing, to understand better and in depth. This is my weblog.
A blog with its tags and categories is a perfect way to organize and sort all my notes, posts and favorite quotes, all in one place for easy access.
As part of my spiritual practice, I find myself reading a very diverse selection of books, articles, blogs and website publications. I do not judge or discriminate. I read what is of an interest to me and ideas for my posts are from many different sources. I keep an open mind.
You can search for a topic that is of an interest to you, go through the tags, or look at categories posts are filed under.
Stay present,
P.S. If you are looking for health and wellness info please go to Healing the Body page. There is a search window, where you can type a word for what you are looking for, like “LPP” and get specific posts on the subject. I do post articles, research, and information on nutrition, health, and wellness as well as my own experience.

  1. I am confused. I see in your first sentence that you “try to avoid being prescriptive.” Then, your ending salutation states, “Stay present.” hmmm….

    • You caught me, my bad! 🙂
Seriously though – if that is how you see it, then I have to agree with you, I guess I am being prescriptive here…It is all about our own, individual perception.
      Thank you for the comment!

  2. No badness! I appreciate your openness to other perspectives. Our filters do create so much our experience and reality! Thank you for the reply.

  3. “Healing my mind. Change from within. | Notes and quotes on Spirituality, Wellbeing and
Life Balance.” was a terrific blog post. In case it possessed much more pix it
would definitely be quite possibly a lot better. All the best ,Millie

  4. Hey! I could have sworn I’ve been to this blog before but after checking through some of the post I realized it’s new to me.
Anyhow, I’m definitely delighted I found it and I’ll be book-marking and checking back often!

  5. I am really loving the theme/design of your weblog.
Do you ever run into any web browser compatibility problems?
A couple of my blog audience have complained about my website
not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Opera.
Do you have any ideas to help fix this issue?

  6. Elena,
I understood your meaning when you said you avoid being “prescriptive.” I too, avoid that all too prelevent tendency to advise or guide others. I refer to it as avoiding being evangelistic; albeit, in the broader sense of the word, as in “zealous advocacy of a cause” and not restricted to Christianity.
I appreciate the time and effort you have taken to write and share this blog.
All the best to you and yours,
    Larry ॐ
